The Paul McCartney Project

October 2015 updates

Nov 15, 2015

I’m quite late for this October update, becoming busy with another pet project at the moment. October has still been a busy month for The Paul McCartney Project, while November is likely to be a blank month. Here is what’s new:

  • Re-releases of Tug Of War and Pipes Of Peace. A lot of effort has been spent on the various sessions which led to the creation of those albums. From the latest Wings sessions at Pugin’s hall (here, here and there) to the real Tug Of War sessions in London and Montserrat. There is still a lot of work to be done (especially for Pipes Of Peace), but you can have an idea of the making-of of each song on the Tug Of War page.
  • Latest US leg of Out There tour. Paul hit the road again, with 5 concerts part of his Out There tour (Columbus, University Park, Toronto, Detroit & Buffalo) and a private concert in Philadelphia. Find the setlists, photos & reviews on.
  • Various improvements here & there, but more noticeable on session pages, which template is now 90% done. This one is a good example of the progress made.
