When she played the Royal Albert Hall, she asked McCartney and his wife Linda to dinner at the Dorchester. Befitting a man with manners, he brought a gift. It was a song he’d written with Linda called “Let’s Love.” In July 1974, with Paul producing, they recorded it at the Record Plant in Los Angeles.
