About

At the British Rock & Pop Awards in 1984, the video of “Pipes Of Peace” won the “Best Video of 1983”. As Paul McCartney couldn’t be physically present at the ceremony (being on a ski holiday), he sent a pre-recorded video message, and the award was collected by the producer of the video, Keith MacMillan, on behalf of Paul.
