About

From Wikipedia:

The 38th British Film Awards, which honoured the best films of 1984, were presented by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 5 March 1985.

From Club Sandwich N°36, 1985:

In Britain at least, no-one can hear ‘We All Stand Together’ without picturing Geoff Dunbar’s delightful accompanying animation. So it’s great news that Geoff has won the British Academy of Film and Television Arts for Best Short Animated Film with Ruper And The Frog Song, which was so much enjoyed by everyone who went to see Broad Street. Here’s Geoff receiving his award from Rolf Harris on 5th March while Terry Wogan, that other fixture of the British light entertainment scene, looks on.
