He was in NYC to announce his world tour and I was hired to shoot him for Rolling Stone and for the cover of German GQ. I was a bit nervous but very excited to meet this legendary figure. I was under the gun to establish quick rapport. As soon as he arrived, he was charming and funny and, as we chatted, I just did what I do. We just clicked.
