About
This was the third consecutive day spent on the recording of “Glass Onion“, and the second day of overdubs. Two more sessions would be needed to complete “Glass Onion“, one on September 16 and the other one on October 10.
On this day, in an 8 pm – 1:45 am session, Paul McCartney overdubbed some notes on Mellotron, and a piano part. And Ringo Starr double-tracked his snare drum hits in the breaks of the song.
As George Martin was on holiday for most of September 1968, Chris Thomas produced this session.
