On November 19, 1966, all four members of The Beatles signed letters terminating their relationship with Beatles Ltd.

The Beatles Ltd was formed in June 1963 and changed its name to Apple Music Ltd in November 1967. It was renamed Apple Corps Ltd, in January 1968.

Dear Sir,

I refer to the agreement dated 7th May, 1965, under which I was employed by your company for a period which expired on the 30th June 1966. Since that date I have continued to be employed by the company. I now wish to terminate my employment with the company and accordingly give you notice to terminate my said employment with effect from the 30th November, 1966.

From Lot Detail – Beatles 1966 Signed “The Beatles Limited” Letters of Termination (gottahaverockandroll.com) – Four Beatles signed letters dated “19th November, 1966″ to the secretary at The Beatles Limited in London. Each letter is signed by a different Beatle but says the same thing, which is the desire to be terminated from employment by the company effective November 30, 1966. Each typed letter has the respective Beatle’s address in the upper right corner. With beautiful, strong signatures, John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr (R. Starkey) have signed in blue ballpoint pen and Paul McCartney has signed in blue ink. Measures 8″ x 10.” Stationery is in very good condition and the signatures are in excellent condition. Comes with letter from Beatles handwriting expert Frank Caiazzo.
