From the liner notes:

The fabled ‘McCartney Christmas Album’, originally released on vinyl by his master’s choice label in 2011.

This disc is a digital version of that album, taking the unedited songs intros from the HMC bonus disc, and working these together with the original soundtrack to present this album in all its glory.

On the original release, HMC edited one of the song intros to use it in two separate places, this has been undone, and also the track list has been restored to its original form, presenting this album as it should be.
