(on how he sustains his writing)
“I love what I do. I love writing music. If I didn’t do it for a living I would do it for a hobby. That is really how I sustain it, I just actually love going in each day and trying to write a bit of music. The process took that long but every step of it was a thrill.”
(on his well-being and music)
“I’m doing fine thank you. It’s okay, I’m enjoying music as I said in the last question, it is something I love to do, it is something that sustains me. I am enjoying it and I am enjoying finishing this project up and I am on to the next one.”
(Reporter: “How do you feel about the story in the Daily Mirror?”)
SOT Paul McCartney: “You are a little renegade coming out the corner there… You didn’t put your hand up. I haven’t read the Daily Mirror today.”
(Reporter: “It’s about you being very sad and you can’t cope with the split.”)
SOT Paul McCartney: “Have we someone breaking away from the script? Yes we have. Thank you very much.”
