Last updated on November 4, 2021

Tell Me Who He Is” is a song written by Paul McCartney in the early sixties. From PaulMcCartney.com, August 23, 2021:

Paul McCartney has revealed the list of the 154 songs featured in his forthcoming book The Lyrics, publishing 2nd November 2021. This career-spanning selection also includes a set of lyrics to an unrecorded Beatles song: ‘Tell Me Who He Is’. During the writing of The Lyrics, the hand-written lyrics were discovered in one of Paul’s notebooks, believed to date back to the early 1960s.

It was amazing to find this. It is my handwriting but I don’t know how it goes. It would have been a love ballad, rock thing. I would have probably had a tune to it. But you could not put things down. You didn’t have any recording devices so you had to remember them.
