On Tuesday, 20 April 1965, filming resumed at Twickenham Film Studios following the Easter break for Help! production. Among the scenes shot that day was a sequence in which a thug attempts to steal Ringo Starr’s ceremonial Sacrificial Ring as the drummer inserts his hand into a mail-box to post a letter. This action sequence, while filmed partly at Twickenham, would also incorporate location footage shot later on 9 May, exemplifying the non-linear nature of film production during the Help! shoot.
