In February 1969, Paul McCartney acquired Adagrose Limited, a company originally incorporated on December 30, 1968. In August 1969, the company was renamed McCartney Productions Limited.
On this day, McCartney Productions Limited was renamed MPL Communications, which became one of the world’s largest privately-owned music publishing companies.
