Paul McCartney • Ultimate Archive Collection

This is a fan for fan project, initiated in 2015 as an alternative to the official Archive Collection, which has been criticized for the slowness of its releases and the somehow unsatisfying track lists. As described by its author, dave1dmarx: “The goal here is simple: to “release” the ultimate versions of every single Paul McCartney album that will include as bonus tracks a) every released song/mix/edit, and b) any significant outtakes (with upgraded sound wherever possible).“

The awesome work on the music by dave1dmarx has been enhanced by the not less awesome task of documenting each track, which has been done by another fan named Peerke. The project was completed in October 2016. In the end, the Ultimate Archive Collection is THE bootleg series every McCartney fan should own.
