The concert at the Empire on 7th December 1963 was for the Beatles Fan Club, but they also played twice that day/night at the Liverpool Odeon cinema (just around the corner from the Liverpool Empire) I went to the Odeon concert - completing my hat trick that year of the The Tommy Roe/ Chris Montez and the Roy Orbison concerts!
