On March 26, 2026, Paul McCartney announced his new album “The Boys Of Dungeon Lane” and released its lead single “Days We Left Behind“.

A lyric video for the song was also issued. Created by Trunk Animation — a studio that had previously produced various promotional videos for Paul McCartney as well as for The Beatles — the video features handwritten lyrics by Paul alongside photographs from his childhood. It was produced by Ben Chappell for MPL Communications.
