Paul McCartney’s studio album “The Boys Of Dungeon Lane” was released in 2026, six years after his last, “McCartney III.” Co-produced with Andrew Watt in sessions dating back to 2021, it was announced on March 26, 2026, along with the release of its lead single, “Days We Left Behind“.

“The Boys of Dungeon Lane” is named after a road in the Liverpudlian area of Speke, and is generally inspired by McCartney’s childhood memories of Liverpool, including his enjoyment of bird-watching.
