On May 13, 1965, The Beatles travelled from London to Salzburg, Austria, to film sequences for their second feature film, “Help!“

Around four thousand fans were present at Salzburg Airport upon their arrival, alongside dozens of journalists. Following the arrival, The Beatles held a press conference at a nearby hotel before travelling to the village of Obertauern, where the Austrian filming sequences would take place.
