On April 14, 1965, The Beatles filmed the first scene in which they appear in the film “Help!” Location shooting took place on Ailsa Avenue, Twickenham, close to the studios, where a Rolls-Royce dropped the group off in a residential street before they entered four adjacent terraced houses.

Additional exterior shots were also filmed on Ailsa Avenue, on this day.
