The film premiered on August 30, 2025, at the Telluride Film Festival. It was also presented at the Nashville Film Festival on September 18.

On this day, “Man On The Run” was screened at the New Orleans Film Festival. The following day, Paul McCartney and his band played at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans.

Last night we had an off day on tour and we were invited to attend the @neworleansfilmfestival with director Morgan Neville and producer @scottquest. I can’t wait for people to see this film. It is just wonderful. Such great storytelling and so much amazing archival moments. The music soundtrack was perfect. I love Paul’s music from this period, it’s the heart and gentleness of genius, it’s raw and pure with beautiful melodies sung from the soul. They captured every moment of that and more. Brilliant job by everyone involved and thanks to Paul for opening up the archive for a peak into this period of magic. I came out loving Paul and story even more than I did coming in. Comes out in Feb on Amazon Prime
