From Eight Arms to Hold You: The Solo Beatles Compendium by Chip Madinger and Mark Easter:

A 45 (mastered five year’s prior to its release at Island Studios on May 26th, 1972) was also released in the UK only of ‘Uncle Albert / Admiral Halsey’ backed with ‘Eat At Home’ which suffered the same fate as its parent album.
