From Sothebys – handbill advertising an special extended session featuring The Beatles, Gerry and the Pacemakers, Rory Storm and the Wild Ones, on 15 March [1961], 185 x 132mm, [1961]. The Beatles performed at the Liverpool Jazz Society from 2pm, straight after their regular slot at the nearby Cavern Club. The session was organised by Sam Leach, who organised many of the band’s concerts in 1961-62.
