The cheese from the famous producer Beppino Occelli of Farigliano is now known and appreciated all over the world. However, a wheel of “Occelli al Barolo” recently made its way to a truly special place — a location that has made music history for all time. In London, at the legendary Abbey Road Studios, the cheese “made in Farigliano” was thoroughly enjoyed, even by former Beatle Paul McCartney.
Roberto and Désirée, friends of Beppino, explained from the UK capital: “Last week, at Abbey Road Studios, where we work, we had our English friends taste Beppino’s incredible Barolo cheese, which we are big fans of.”
Upon receiving a photo of the world-famous star with his friends, Occelli, pleasantly surprised, commented: “Thanks to my friends Roberto and Désirée who brought my cheeses across the border, to a place where music takes flight.”
