Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy were in attendance at the 2024 MusicCares Person of The Year ceremony. Jon Bon Jovi was presented with the MusiCares Person of the Year award for his musical accomplishments and philanthropic efforts. Other notable attendees included Bruce Springsteen, Kylie Minogue, Lenny Kravitz, Nile Rodgers, Linda Perry, Shania Twain, Sammy Hagar, David Foster, Katharine McPhee, and Darryl McDaniels. It’s worth noting that Paul McCartney himself was honored with the MusiCares Person of the Year award in 2012.

I have to give a shout-out to a past recipient of this award, Sir Paul McCartney, but I think it’s fair to say that the reason most, if not all of us, are in this room tonight, it’s because of you, so thank you very much for being beautiful.
