On this day, Paul McCartney rehearsed with his band, in a studio in Burbeck, California, in anticipation of the “MusiCares Person of the Year” concert two days after.
During this rehearsal day, Paul McCartney also met with Martin O’Donnell, who he was collaborating with for the soundtrack of the upcoming “Destiny” video game.
This was the meeting (just me) where I played him work-in-progress on a piece from Music of the Spheres (The Prison) incorporating his ideas, and he also told me he was working on a song for Destiny.
