Re-release from 1982. In a paper sleeve with die cut side opening on the back. Re-released after Paul listed this song as one of his “Desert Island Disc” choices.
Paul McCartney appeared in the ”Desert Island Discs” programme because of the celebration of its 40 anniversary on BBC radio. Conducted by Roy Plomley (BBC Radio 4) and broadcasted on saturday, January 30, 1982 (6:15 to 6:54 pm).
The 1974 Country Hams ‘Walking in the Park with Eloise’ was among the eight selections Paul choose for ‘Desert Island Discs’. His final selection was however John Lennon’s ‘Beautiful Boy”.Some sleeves of this 1982 issue can be found with on the front a small round sticker : ‘Featured as one of Paul McCartney’s Desert Island Discs’.
