AlbumSome of the songs worked on during this session were first released on the "Let It Be... Naked" Official album
“Let It Be… Naked,” the stripped-down no-overdubs new version of The Beatles’ 1970 album “Let It Be,” was accompanied by a 22-minute companion disc titled “Fly On The Wall” — a collage of music and conversation drawn from the January 1969 “Get Back” sessions.
Compiled by BBC producer Kevin Howlett and engineer Brian Thompson, the disc features material recorded in mono by the film crew during both the Twickenham and Apple Studio rehearsals. Howlett reviewed over 80 hours of tapes, unearthing snippets of early and previously undocumented Lennon–McCartney compositions, some of which were included on the disc (like “Because I Know You Love Me So” and “Fancy My Chances With You).”
I had expected to hear the kind of disagreements and arguing we’ve all heard about. Instead, I heard the bandmembers actually having a good time. By the end, they were, in fact, quite excited about what they were doing.
