A special screening took place in London on February 18, 2026, attended by Paul McCartney and Morgan Neville, along with invited guests including Sharon Osbourne, widow of Ozzy Osbourne; Paul Mescal, who is set to portray Paul McCartney in the upcoming four-part Beatles biopic directed by Sam Mendes; Gracie Abrams; Noel Gallagher; Twiggy; Paul Weller; Chrissie Hynde; as well as Paul’s daughter Stella McCartney and his son James McCartney.

The screening was followed by an on-stage interview with Paul McCartney and Morgan Neville, by BBC presenter Lauren Laverne.

I wanna say thank you to Morgan for keeping all the embarrassing moments in, that I had asked him to take out… No, he’s made a good film, so thank you Morgan. Thank you all for coming.

Paul McCartney – Before the screening

From James McCartney on Facebook, February 19, 2026 – It was a memorable evening last night as I had an opportunity to watch Dad’s new documentary ‘Man On The Run’. His life following the breakup of The Beatles and the love he shared with Mum. A journey that would lead to the formation of Wings.
