About
From paulmccartney.com, December 5, 2012:
Paul has been confirmed to appear on Saturday Night Live’s holiday show. The show will broadcast on Saturday 15th December on NBC in the US with Martin Short set to host.
Paul last appeared on SNL in 2010 where presenter Paul Rudd became confused over which ‘Paul’ the crowds had been chanting for. To celebrate Paul’s appearance check back to PaulMcCartney.com next week when we will post a new collection of exclusive photos from his 2010 appearance.
The Saturday Night Live appearance next week will follow Paul’s performance at the Hurricane Sandy benefit taking place at Madison Square Gardens on the 12th of December.
From The Mail Online:
The Beatle legend rejoined the ’90s icons for a second jam on Saturday’s Saturday Night Live and was on better form than ever as he helmed the fledgling band’s performance of ‘Cut Me Some Slack’, a delicious marriage of McCartney melody and Nirvana’s hard, driven rock. Strumming on his cigar box guitar in simple jeans and grey shirt – Macca raised the roof at the New York studios as Dave Grohl worked himself into a sweat with his merciless beat.
