On this day, June 20, 1965, while in Paris for the opening dates of their European tour, The Beatles gave their final interview to Radio Luxembourg presenter Chris Denning from their hotel.
Denning had previously interviewed The Beatles during their Christmas Show residency in December 1964, and again on March 20, April 29, 1965, for Radio Luxembourg’s weekly Sunday evening programme, “The Beatles”.
