About
The basic track of “Glass Onion” was recorded the day before. Overdubs started on this day and would continue the day after.
The session started at 7 pm and ended at 3:30 am. John Lennon added his lead vocal, with lyrics now finalized, then double-tracked his vocal while Ringo Starr played a tambourine part.
As George Martin was on holiday for most of September 1968, Chris Thomas produced this session.
