On November 19, 1966, all four members of The Beatles signed letters terminating their relationship with Beatles Ltd.

The Beatles Ltd was formed in June 1963 and changed its name to Apple Music Ltd in November 1967. It was renamed Apple Corps Ltd, in January 1968.


Dear Sir,

I refer to the agreement dated 7th May, 1965, under which I was employed by your company for a period which expired on the 30th June 1966. Since that date I have continued to be employed by the company. I now wish to terminate my employment with the company and accordingly give you notice to terminate my said employment with effect from the 30th November, 1966.
