All German online sources state this concert actually took place at the Düsseldorf *Tonhalle*.
A search using the name of the venue will bring them up.

Thanks Josh. The German Wikipedia page for Tonhalle says "vormals Rheinhalle / formally Rheinhalle". It seems the name was changed around 1975.

Yes, turns out I was misled by the name change. The venue closed around 1975 and reopened ca. 1978 under that new name. They're the same venue. My bad.
