From B35380 – Paul McCartney & Wings 1975 Capitol Cardiff Concert Ticket Stub (UK) – Tracks – A ticket stub for the Paul McCartney and Wings performance that took place at the Capitol Theatre, Cardiff, Wales on 11th September 1975. BLOCK C. STALLS. SeatW15. The ticket stub measures 6.5cm x 6.2cm (2.5 inches x 2.35 inches). It has been folded and laid flat, tape stain on the Bottom left side, small scuff on the top left side. The condition is very good minus.
From B46754 – Paul And Linda McCartney Cardiff 1975 Autographs With Facial Doodle (UK) – Tracks – A sheet of Rank Leisure Services, Capitol Theatre letterhead paper autographed on the front by Paul and Linda McCartney in blue ballpoint pen. Linda has drawn a facial doodle under her name. The autographs were obtained at the Capitol Theatre, Cardiff, Wales on 11th September 1975. Provenance: accompanied by a letter of provenance from the original recipient that reads as follows: ‘The Wings concert took place at the Capitol Theatre Cardiff in September of 1975. At that time, I was employed as an usherette and my brother in law was employed as a lighting engineer and projectionist. Wings were on stage rehearsing for the concert and Paul and Linda were at the piano. I was sat down watching the rehearsal and my brother in law approached the stage with the Rank letterhead and asked if they would give their autograph to me, as I was a fan.’ The letterhead measures 15cm x 21cm (5.75 inches x 8.25 inches). There are horizontal and vertical crease lines. The condition is very good plus.
